in2school offer
in2school is a school website content delivery platform. It is designed to provide a professional school website that is easy to manage and maintain.
in2school is a website service in that we provide your school website hosted on our server infrastructure on the internet. We do this so that we can continue to support your school website and provide the ongoing maintenance to the site, including the addition of new features and security and other fixes as required.
Once you sign up for in2school, the following things will happen:
- We will contact you and provide you with a website planning form to fill out. This will allow you to gather all the information we will need to start the process, including contact email addresses, your school website address, your actual address etc.
- We will create a development website for you and make it available on the internet and provide you with logon details so that you can start loading content.
- We will give you a website layout form and work with you to decide how you want your website to look.
- We will request from you some initial artwork, your school logo and some school photos to get the initial site layout up and running. The photos can also be changed later.
- We will provide you with a contact sheet with instructions on obtaining telephone and email support.
- We will schedule the first and followon training sessions so that you can commence creating content for your site and provide a project plan covering the timeline from start to end of the development process.
- We will give you a checklist containing steps you will need to take to make sure that when we are ready to go live with your site, everything will go smoothly. This will include the information you will need to give to third parties to have your current website address redirected to the new production site once it goes live.
Pricing for in2school:
- in2school initial setup: $5,000 AUD ex GST
- in2school hosting and support per month: $100 AUD ex GST (minimum 12 months)
